Meet Nandhini

I grew up in a small town where women didn't go to gyms. When I started training, people thought it was strange. Today I hold a Master's in Sports Physiotherapy, three international certifications, and have spent five years helping women build strength they didn't know they had.

My training sits at the intersection of physiotherapy and strength coaching. Every program I write accounts for your injury history, joint health, and where your body is right now. I've worked with college athletes and 65-year-old grandmothers. The approach changes. The principle doesn't: progressive overload, done safely, transforms bodies.

I train in-person across South Chennai and online for anyone, anywhere.
